My Guy Plumbing did a great job replacing my shower, fixed an important leaking pipe. Replaced a toilet, then had to reinstall it after it was discovered it was a faulty toilet. All done very efficiently, professionally and with a very positive attitude. Very pleasant company to work with.

Devin and apprentice Matt came to fix a pressure valve leak on my main water line. I had extensive floor damage which I explained to Erica who was extremely nice. I called yesterday (Sunday evening and of course that’s when things break down) and got a response early this morning and Devin and Matt were scheduled to come between 1pm-4pm. Abou 1:10 I got a text that they were on their way! Very professional, covered shoes and got right to it. No nonsense, no fluff etc. Showed me the book they have with the prices for repair so I knew in advance what the job would cost. Devin every step. What he was going to do and what he felt caused the issue. Excellent service with knowledgeable technicians. I will use them again and will recommend them to family and friends. They cost more than another estimate I got but I was impressed they they handled things so I got what I paid for. Give them a call!

I’m very happy with the team at My Guy Plumbing. I was able to get an appointment in less than 48 hours, Brian and Matt were prompt, professional and very thorough. They were able to find the source of my leak and replace the hardware that had a deteriorated seal and provide a quote for another repair that we had putting bandages on. I signed up for the membership program, which is a great value and gives me so peace of mind. I’m really glad that they were recommended to me, and I will definitely pay it forward if someone I know needs a reliable plumbing contractor. On a side note, the link for to the Facebook reviews is broken, so you might want to reach out to your provider.

Arrived back to replace shower valve. MyGuy supplied and installed new Moen shower valve and after tested for leaks, there are none at this time.
Arrived to home due to leaking pipe in ceiling, found out it was cartridge that need to be special ordered. Customer decided to replace valve, due to availability of current cartridge. Collected $800 deposit to do work tomorrow.
Accessible pipe repair Arrived to home for leaking pipe. Upon inspection found that sweat tee fitting was leaking from what it appears to be from someone moving the pipe and causing it to leak. Left options to hard pipe water heater. Customer will be having us back for others things. Today MyGuy supplied and installed new tee fitting and reconnected to water heater. Tested for leaks, there are none at this time.
Hardness 3Kit Ph 7.4 Customer stated that they just had their MOEN posi temp cartridge replaced and now is not getting a lot of hot pressure. After inspecting Myguy plumbing took cartridge out and noticed that the cartridge has gone bad Myguy plumbing replaced MOEN cartridge after all work was completed we tested for leaks and everything is working as should.
Customer stated that they had some issues that they would like, rectified. After inspecting we found that customer would like to replace both hose bibs and replace cartridge to kitchen faucet. Myguy plumbing left options for customer. All options were emailed over to customer everything is working as should.
New 40 gallon electric water heater with membership Arrives back to home to install water heater. MyGuy supplied and installed 40 gal short electric water heater purged, turned on power and tested for leaks. There are none at this time. Water heater registered

MyGuy supplied and installed new hose bib with shut off, tub waste and overflow new toilet with shut off and need up adding new shower/tub diverter. Tested for leaks, there are none at this time.

Replaced washers on mixing valve in Jackson, NJ.
Arrived on site and customer explained that water was collecting in the molding above the door below her bathroom sink when she used the sink. After further inspection we were able to determine that the source of the water was the cold supply line leaking. Replaced supply line as a curtesy for signing up for membership. Work tested for leaks, no leaks at this time. Customer did not want inspection performed at this time.
